What the price includes and what the pyramid interiors cost
The price starts at 40 euros. Included are hotel pickup in Cairo, lunch, a guide, and the site ticket for the Giza Plateau. This ticket has an official price of 700 Egyptian pounds, about 11 euros; the provider covers this amount. For the interiors on the plateau, separate official prices apply: entry to the Great Pyramid of Khufu costs 1,000 EGP, about 16 euros, and entry to the Pyramid of Menkaure costs 280 EGP, each in addition to the site ticket. For Sakkara, the Giza site ticket is not valid; there, the official price list shows several individual tickets. Which of these tickets the provider covers is left open. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before. Tipping is customary in Egypt but is not listed as a mandatory surcharge.

At the Gate: Card Payment, Ticket Office Closing, and No Private Cars
The main entrance has been the Great Gate on the Cairo-Fayoum desert road since the 2025 reorganization; the old gate at Mena House has been replaced. The Sphinx Gate remains open but has no ticket counter. The official website lists the plateau's hours as 8 am to 4 pm, while an older official source from 2020 states 7 am to 5 pm; the ticket office closes one hour before the site closes. Payment at the counter is by card only, not cash; cashless sales have been in effect since 2023. Private vehicles are not allowed onto the plateau; visitors take the electric shuttle or walk.
