What the entry price includes and what may be added on the day
The entry price starts at 30 euros. Included are hotel pickup in Cairo, lunch, and the site ticket for the Giza Plateau. Its official amount is 700 Egyptian pounds, around 11 euros; the provider covers this for you. The site ticket is valid for the grounds, not for interiors. An interior visit to the Great Pyramid of Khufu costs officially 1,000 Egyptian pounds, around 16 euros; the interior of the Pyramid of Menkaure is charged at 280 Egyptian pounds. For Saqqara, a separate ticket is required; the Giza site ticket is not valid there. Whether this Saqqara ticket is included in the price is left open by the provider; for Memphis and Dahshur, he also does not name any entrance fees. Tipping is customary in Egypt and is not a surcharge for special service.

At the gate of the Giza Plateau, only card payments are accepted; the ticket office does not take cash. The ticket office closes one hour before the gate closes. Opening hours are stated as 8 am to 4 pm; another official source from 2020 states 7 am to 5 pm. Private vehicles have not been allowed on the plateau since the 2025 reorganization; visitors take the electric shuttle, which is included in the area ticket, or walk. The main entrance is the Great Gate on the desert road from Cairo to Fayoum; the Sphinx Gate is open but has no ticket office.
