What the entry price covers and which items are added
The entry price is stated as 28 euros. This price includes the site ticket for the Giza Plateau; its official price is 700 Egyptian pounds, around 11 euros. The ticket also covers the Valley Temple of Khafre, the shadiest spot on the site. Also included are lunch and hotel pickup. The provider explicitly excludes the interior of a pyramid. At the Great Gate: card payment, shuttle, and opening hours
The main entrance has been the Great Gate on the Cairo-Fayoum desert road since 2025. The Sphinx Gate is open but has no ticket counter. The counter accepts only cards, no cash. The official website lists the site's opening hours as 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM; another official source says 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. In any case, the ticket counter closes one hour before the site. Private vehicles are not allowed on the plateau; an electric shuttle runs between the stops. Stops are Khufu, Khafre, Menkaure, the Panorama Point, and the Sphinx.
Who this tour suits and who it doesn't
This tour is right for travelers who want to see the three pyramids and the Sphinx from the outside with their own guide and don't insist on going inside. The provider lists it as wheelchair accessible and "skip the line." If you absolutely want to go inside the Great Pyramid of Khufu, this booking won't serve you. The lack of interior access is rare in this category: only 35 other tours also exclude it.
