This day trip starts in Aswan and goes to the Giza Plateau and the Grand Egyptian Museum, two kilometres away. What the price includes and what the provider leaves open
The entry price is €129. Included are hotel pickup, the live guide, and the site ticket for the Giza Plateau. The site ticket officially costs 700 Egyptian pounds, about €11; Ramses tours covers this amount for you. Whether admission to the Grand Egyptian Museum is included is not clear from the provider's information. There is no official combination ticket linking the plateau and the museum. The provider says nothing about lunch. It also says nothing about the interior of a pyramid; the official price list states 1,000 Egyptian pounds (about €16) for the Khufu interior and 280 Egyptian pounds for the Menkaure interior. Tipping is customary in Egypt and is not a surcharge for special service.

Heat in Aswan: months and time of day in the chart
The chart shows the monthly temperatures of Aswan, the starting point of the tour. From May to September, the highs reach 40 to 42 degrees, with lows between 25 and 28 degrees. On the Giza Plateau there is hardly any shade, and the tour extends over the middle of the day. Those travelling in these months must expect blazing sun. In March and November, 30 degrees are reached, in April and October 36 degrees. The months December to February are more pleasant with highs between 23 and 26 degrees.
