This tour can be booked from €276. Included in this price are: the site ticket for the Giza Plateau (officially 700 EGP, around €11), lunch, hotel pickup, and the accompaniment of a guide. The guide languages are English, Spanish, German, and Arabic. The provider also offers free cancellation up to 72 hours before the date. He makes no statement about the interiors of the pyramids. The official prices for these are 1,000 EGP (around €16) for the interior of the Great Pyramid of Khufu and 280 EGP for that of the Pyramid of Menkaure. Opening Hours, Entrance, and Rules at the Plateau
The official website lists the plateau's opening hours as 8 am to 4 pm, while an older official PDF states 7 am to 5 pm. Since 2025, the main entrance is the Great Gate on the desert road from Cairo to Fayoum; the Sphinx Gate is open but has no ticket booth. Note that the ticket booth closes one hour before the gate closes. Payment at the ticket booth is card only, no cash. Private vehicles have not been allowed since 2025; the electric shuttle included in the site ticket serves the stops: Cheops, Chephren, Mykerinos, Panorama Point, and Sphinx. The provider promises skip-the-line access.
