Price, included tickets, and official fees
The entry price starts at 129 euros. Explicitly included are hotel pickup in Alexandria, a local guide, and the site ticket for the Giza Plateau. The site ticket officially costs 700 Egyptian pounds, around 11 euros; the provider covers this amount. It is valid for the plateau including the Sphinx, the Valley Temple of Khafre, and the electric shuttle; it does not cover the interiors of the pyramids. The provider says nothing about the interior of the Great Pyramid of Khufu or lunch. Officially, the Khufu interior is 1,000 Egyptian pounds (around 16 euros) and the Menkaure interior is 280 Egyptian pounds. The provider leaves open how museum entry is handled; the museum officially charges 550 Egyptian pounds for foreign adults, 275 for foreign students, and 75 for the audio guide. At the Gateway to the Plateau: Ticket Rules, Opening Hours, and Access
At the Giza Plateau, the ticket office closes one hour before the site closes. Payment there is by card only; cash is for tips and small purchases. Private vehicles have not been allowed onto the plateau since 2025. Opening hours are given as 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM; an alternative version states 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The main entrance is called the Great Gate and is located on the desert road from Cairo to Fayoum; the Sphinx Gate is open but has no ticket counter.
