The entry price is from €353. The provider leaves open whether the site ticket for the Giza Plateau, an interior visit, lunch, or hotel pickup is included in the price. What they do not mention, you should clarify before booking; their silence does not mean the service is missing. Officially, on that day, 700 Egyptian pounds are charged for the site ticket, 1,000 Egyptian pounds for the interior of the Great Pyramid of Khufu, and 280 Egyptian pounds for the interior of the Pyramid of Menkaure. The Menkaure interior requires the site ticket. At an exchange rate of 59.14 EGP per euro, 700 EGP is about €11 and 1,000 EGP about €16. Tipping is customary in Egypt, but not a surcharge for special service.

At the Entrance: Card Payment, Shuttle, Early Ticket Office Closure
For the Giza Plateau, the official website lists opening hours from 8 am to 4 pm, while an older official source lists 7 am to 5 pm. The ticket office closes one hour before the site closes. Payment at the counter is card only; cash is not accepted there, but it is still useful for small expenses on site. Since 2025, the main entrance is the Great Gate on the desert road from Cairo to Fayoum; the Sphinx Gate remains open but has no ticket counter. Private vehicles are no longer allowed onto the plateau; the electric shuttle is included in the site ticket. Stops include Khufu, Khafre, Menkaure, the panorama point, and the Sphinx.
