What the entry price covers and what is added separately at the plateau
The entry price starts at €950. Included are hotel pickup, a tour guide, and guiding optionally in Arabic, English, French, German, or Spanish; German is indicated. Free cancellation with 24 hours' notice also applies. The site ticket for the Giza Plateau is explicitly not included; for foreign adults it officially costs 700 Egyptian pounds, about €11. The provider does not say whether the tour includes the interior of the Great Pyramid of Khufu. The site ticket does not cover it; its official entrance fee is 1,000 EGP, about €16. Heat during the day and mild winter months in Cairo

At the Gate: Opening Hours, Card Payment, and Shuttle
The Giza Plateau is open from 8 am to 4 pm according to one source; a second official source says 7 am to 5 pm. The ticket office closes one hour before the respective closing time. Payment at the counter is card only; cash is not accepted there. Private vehicles are no longer allowed on the plateau since 2025; visitors take the electric shuttle, whose ride is included in the entrance fee. The main entrance is called the Great Gate and is located on the desert road between Cairo and Fayoum. The Sphinx Gate is open but has no ticket counter.
