What the entry price includes and what is added at the plateau
The entry price is €925. Included are hotel pickup and a local tour guide; German is indicated as the guiding language. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before is also promised. The ticket office at the Giza Plateau closes one hour before the site closes. The current official website lists opening hours as 8 AM to 4 PM, while an older official PDF says 7 AM to 5 PM; the sources contradict each other. Payment at the counter is by card only, not cash. Private vehicles have not been allowed onto the plateau since 2025. Once you have purchased your site ticket, you get the electric shuttle with your ticket, which takes you to the pyramids, the panorama point, and the Sphinx.
